Restore Balance To Your Life & Body

Jenny Libkhen, LDN, CNS, CIMHP

Yevgeniya (Jenny) Libkhen is a functional nutritionist and a holistic health consultant. She is a Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist (LDN), a Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS®), and is a Certified Integrative Mental Health Professional (CIMHP). Through food, mindfulness, lifestyle changes, consistent support, education, motivation, and encouragement, Jenny supports her clients through the journey of improving their health, optimizing their body’s function, and enhancing well-being.

Jenny’s practice philosophy is focused on bio-individuality. Each client is seen as a whole person, not as a disease. Each person is believed to be unique, requiring a highly personalized approach for their specific situation, state of physical and mental health, and pace of life. Jenny strives to meet each client where they are, hold their hand and walk the health journey with them: holding space, honoring the present, and offering support at every step and at every pause.

Jenny’s clinical focus is on optimizing the function of the body through identifying potential root causes, and physiological pathways involved and supporting the entire system with food, movement, stress reduction, herbs, supplements, and other modalities.

Jenny has extensive experience working with clients suffering from autoimmune conditions and immune-related disorders such as Hashimoto’s and Rheumatoid arthritis, food allergies, and diabetes type 1, 1.5, and 2; diseases of the digestive system, including Celiac and non-Celiac gluten sensitivity (NCGS), Crohn’s and Ulcerative Colitis, IBS, and other GI disturbances; and neurological conditions such as dementia, Alzheimer's, and Parkinson’s. Jenny is passionate about women's health and has been working with women of all ages and life stages to support infertility, PCOS, menstrual dysregulations and menopausal transition, pregnancy and lactation, as well as mental health. Jenny also works with children of all ages, some of whom are the result of her support with infertility.

Food is the lens through which Jenny experiences the world. The quote by Hippocrates “Let Food Be Thy Medicine and Medicine Be Thy Food” is Jenny’s professional slogan. Custom-making cakes entirely out of fruit and offering fruit and vegetable decorating workshops is Jenny’s creative outlet. Exploring new ingredients and new cuisines, cooking, and adopting recipes from around the world is how Jenny has fun.

This passion for food and advanced culinary skills is what sets Jenny apart from other nutritionists. Jenny offers individually-designed dietary plans that address the client’s health needs while honoring and preserving their heritage and traditional diets.

Jenny holds a  Bachelor of Science in Holistic Nutrition with a Herbology Specialization degree and a Master of Science in Nutrition and Integrative Health degree.  Jenny is the owner of "Health Is A Gift", a holistic health consulting practice that opened in 2007. Health Is A Gift is solely referral based, its clientele is spread across the globe.
